Our company was founded by farmers with the belief that we work in harmony with nature to grow the world’s ultimate natural fibre and that people deserve better than plastic
The planet needs the most sustainable products possible, so we started producing our own carpets from wool we grow ourselves
Wools of New Zealand is owned by some 2200 farmers that produce over 30 million kg’s of wool fibre each year. Our manufacturing partners use some of that wool and produce beautiful carpets, beds and textiles suitable for homes and offices.
New Zealand is the perfect environment to grow wool. More than that, it’s the ideal place to grow wool in the most environmentally-sensitive way possible. Which is exactly what the farming families who own our company strive to do. By being accountable, traceable and sustainable, we lead the world in producing wool fibre that stands the test of time and contributes to a better planet.
